A man called me at my home, on December 20th 2012
telling me that he was from Windows tech and that one of my hard drive was highly corrupted and should be repaired.I thought he was right 'cause my computer had some problems at that time.
The guy has downloaded a couple of softwares to do the "supposed" necessary job. One of the software was left over my computer and is called "TeamViewer6". I opened it today (Christmas Day)and it's seemed to be a software necessary for remote connection to an other computer.
Also, he left a defragmenting process running out
over my desktop. At one moment, he was speaking on the phone while speaking with me and I guess he was speaking spanish.
Finally, at the end, he said that Windows propose me:
1. a repair guarantee of 1 year for $175.00US
including the present repair or
2. a life-guarantee for any computer repair for
$200.00US including the present repair. "Life"
was the lenght of my life, not the one of my
computer.

I choose the life-guarantee for $200.00US but thankfully, my credit limit was attained on my
both credit card.
The day after, the secretary called me back, asking me to type a letter to give my personal evaluation of the services I received from the
technician and the secretary. She helped me to
understand her english because I'm French speaking and she had an accent.
I check the site "web2fit.com" and it is a web hosting site, nothing is there for computer repair.
