I have purchased tickets the same way with Cuka Tours for myself and my family and I had no returning tickets on the way home. I found out only when I went to the airport on the returning date.I had to stay in the airport for two days and had no choice but to pay again for returning tickets. I have tried to contact them but no results. I wish she will get caught and thrown in jail for fraud.
