I had applied for a payday loan and was contacted by a man named David miller who was calling from cash america Loans LLC, stating that I was approved for a payday loan starting up to 3000.he stated that I would need to come up with $90 for fees to get the loan of what I had wanted to borrow, and what my payments would be monthly. he stated that they wanted to save their customers money, as well as any fees that a bank my charge, by dealing through Western Union.he told me where to send the money - Jamaca, to a darkens, and that he would stay on the line with me while I was completing the transaction. he was extremely persistant calling me at least 5 times in an hour timespan to see if I had arrived at a Western Union location. he told me that once they had gotten the MTCN from the transaction, I would have my agreed amount of $2000 within 20-45 minutes. he placed me on hold, stating that he needed to give my information to "accounts receivable" and that within 20 minutes a loan rep would be calling me to confirm some information.. he never called until the following day. The rep that called me back then advised me that I needed to western union them another $150. to receive my agreed loan amount. Telling me that I would receive the $169 back when I was sent the money via wester union.i called him back to find out what the problem was , only to be placed on hold and conveniently, was disconnected. It took me approx an hour to get him back on the phone. He told me that my money was there and ready to be picked up,once i sent him another $150,i told him if i had another $150 i would not be seeking aloan..i informed him that i didn't want the loan anymore and to please return my money . he just keptcoming up with excuses .I have been trying to get ahold of him since.. (202)506-9519 - all I manage to get are recordings that all customer svc reps are busy to either call back or someone will call me back.. I want these people to be exposed for the scumbags theives andscammers that they are!!!
