Dear Sir/Madam,

On the 29th Nov 2012 I became a full member of Zoosk.com. I paid my 6 motnths subscription totaling 142 USA dollars (71.99 UK pounds)
Few days later, I noticed that the operation of this dating site is a total fraud! The software which Zoosk is using is designed to automatically produce responses whenever a member winks to another member! This is OK as it is the initial stage of get knowing people! The important point is what follows after! I as a member, I noticed that despite of writing countless polite messages to other members I haven't received to date any substantial message written personally by a member!...Not even a message with negative content! In some occasions I received a reply message which it was no longer than a sentence telling me "I'm wishing you good luck in this site" while the content of my message to that member was a lengthy one and it specifically asking him or her to reply to me as in a paragraph so that I am convinced that there is a real member at his end! I have send countless such messages explaining that I feel that I'm talking to photos without real people behind them! I have never received any reply the length of a paragraph to justify that behind the photo of the member I was messaging there was a real person! In addition Zoosk.com attempted on several occasions to make me click for allowing them to have access to my facebook info so that they can have access to my photos! I realized that their objective was to grab photos of my friends without their consent and add them to their site! Thank God I knew what they were trying to do and I said No. Many other people I know they have fallen victims of it! Hence they using aggressive tactics in trying to have access to private photos of their members to enroll them in Zoosk. I tried to phone them to complain but a phone that I found keeps telling me to leave an mms message! I can't speak to them because no one answers the phone, so that I can ask for an immediate refund!
I would like to ask You to prosecute these people because they receive payments from their members whom afterwards set them in a virtual reality environment with no chance of speaking to any real individual! They only issue via software prefabricated messages as responses to wink wink messages, among all these photos acquired who knows how.. and then they are fishing for victims! I have sent more than 100 messages to members and in some occasion 3 and 5 msgs to the same person even to co-patriots of mine written not in English! There was silence or automated one phrase responses nothing to do with what I was asking them to confirm!
