I asked technical support for help, and they still have not responded back. There is a survey (downloads) you must complete and add to your computer, but after you do what you are asked, it does not say that they are complete. I have told my friends to click my link, but I don't want to seem as though I am coning them. Before I complete it any more, I would need a response, or a payment.
