Donot Buy SAP Remote Server access from http://idesaccess.com
I purchased SAP remote server access to practice from http://idesaccess.com by using credit card this is the order numbers
http://idesaccess.com (Delantt Consulting <[email protected]>) both are same organisations..
1. order no: 30112012-161335-b2f327c7 -- Price 49.99 USD - (1 month service)
2. Order no: 05122012-154655-c6fda803 --- price 89.99 USD - (2 months service)
3. order no:08122012-165929-1f1dfce3 --- price 49.99 USD -- (1 month service)

First two servers (order no1 & 2) working fine but order no:3 not working its require to assign some roles and resolve authorization errors this work should be completed by Basis admin guys... I submitted tickets to admin guys as for trainer guidance after submitting some tickets but still get authorization errors But they didnt given proper technical support for their products to resolve errors and they said they are busy and its not their business.. I asked them if not provide technical support refund money back... But they deleted all the orders and blocked my user account and stolen money without providing service... after blocked my account i tried to login its saying contact administrate i tried to contact them through mail and phone .... they didnt answering by phone.. by mail they given rude answers .. here below i posted you can see.

Finally i advice people dont purchase SAP remote servers, from http://idesaccess.com they are the criminal minded people stolen customers money like this way..
also not safe to use credit card purchase from this site before at my first purchase i using credit card they deducted money double time i observed that and i asked them then they given refund.... Even they didnt provide phone support... I strictly advise consumers donot purchase SAP remote servers from this website http://idesaccess.com .. if you purchase you should experience like me...

One more thing remember this whole website organized and manged by only 1 guy .. there is no technical department, sales department and financial department they given buildup only

If any one advice me how to proceed legal way then i will take legal support and file the case against them..
