In the complaint that I filed against this company on Dec. 20 I stated "I can't say that it is a scam because I never bought anything or gave them a credit card number, but it sure does not appear to be an honest or legitimate business." One of the things that they told me was that I was running Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 (this is correct) and that when I used their service they would upgrade my system to Serice Pack 3. If you Google Vista Service Pack 3, or go directly to Microsoft's site, you will see that there is no Service Pack 3 for Vista. So I have come to the conclusion that World PC Solutions either is a scam or is using "experts" that know less about computers than I do.
