I'VE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE ORDERING 11/21/12. AFTER CONTACTING COMPANY THAT I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED 3 ITEMS THAT WERE PLACED. TWO ITEMS FINALLY ARRIVED...SHEETS AND GLOVES...TERRIBLE...TERRIBLE MERCHANDISE. I'M STILL WAITING ON THE BOOTS THAT HAVE NO TRACEABLE SHIPPING NO. SHOWS THAT SHIPPED 12/5/12 FRITZ IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILED ME AFTER COMPLAINTS SAID IF I HAD NOT RECEIVED BOOTS BY 12/21/12 THEY WOULD REFUND MONEY PLUS
FOR MY TROUBLES. LOL! I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
