Like many people whos' stories i read i was told i had to pay right away,go through all the necessary steps and would be kept abreast of my progress through emails.
Alex Keeling told me i could contact him 24/7.
Long story short,i emailed a couple times,phoned numerous times.
They never answered and kept saying all case workers were busy and"your case is very important" and to leave a message.The voice mail is now full.I hope u can help.Thank You.
