Beware this is a real scam that is link to The Property Place which claims to be a timeshare reseller. They tried and tried but I did not fall for the scam. As in previous complaints they wanted up front money to pay for the taxes on my timeshares which they claim had been sold and the money waiting in Escrow to be distributed. Washington National Holding is alleged to be in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
I called the Oklahoma Screatary of State and of course they are not registered, surprised? Went to their web site they claim to be an escrow company but did not included any licensing information. I spoke to an alleged Mr Steve Henderson who could not give me an escrow number or tell me where the alleged proceeds from the sale where secured. His only comment was to "wire the money to Mexico and we will release your funds to you this very afternoon".
Do not ever wire any money to anyone who deals with timeshares. You may as well flush your money down the toilet.
I also checked with the Florida Attorney General's office Re: The property Place,TPP, and they informed me that it is illegal to demand any up front money for any taxes. Furthermore, you must be licensed as a real estate broker to resell timeshares and guess what TPP is not.

This is a cold and calculated scam which uses the Internet to defraud you as you will never have any type of face to face encounter with anyone which is why it makes so difficult to catch and prosecute these thieves. They set up shop and disappear the next day.

Beware do not do any business with these people.

I am glad I did my homework and called the appropriate state agencies
