I looked up a death record of a person I used to do business with and failed to read the fine print about being charged after 7 days. Turns out this company has now billed me for 3 years on this. So that one stupid lookup that didn't give me any information has now cost me $119.85. I don't know how I missed the other charges. Coming once a year at Christmas time its feasible I completely overlooked it. They refuse to credit anything even though they can see I never used the site. Very frustrating. I get that I should have caught it but the way they go about sneaking the charges in is just dirty business.
