WEST COVINA NISSAN the dealership on North Citrus Street are criminals, they cashed my check. I expressed not only verbally but also in writing I didn't want the car- because prior to me leaving the dealership (the day of the purchase) the car/truck wouldn't start up (it took them 4 days to find out that the truck had a bad starter-NOT MY PROBLEM(makes you think what else is wrong?)). --- makes no never mind. I feel as if they tried to sell me a lemon!! I informed the manager immediately, that evening that I was no longer interested and they cashed my check anyway. As of date one month later they still have NOT refunded my money??? The Manager asked me to fax a copy of the check to validate that West Covina Nissan had cashed it- I question that when at first our conversation was they would mail my check back to me. The copy was faxed and validated received by the manager. The manager even informed me that she would personally meet with me to give me my refund. Then four days later they still haven't cut me a check for my refund, and then West Covina Nissan had the nerve to ask for my bank statements??? What the heck is going on, this is so fraud. Why do they need my bank statements when they have a certified copy of back and front of the check they cashed; which has their bank information stamped and date that it was cashed-on the 23rd of August 2011, what else are they fishing for. Why is it taking a month to return my money? Why are they holding on to my money period? I express to other consumers looking for transportation to take note and NOT PURCHASE at West Covina Nissan- 205 N Citrus St West Covina, CA 91791, they are criminals. This is FRAUD!! I am writing here because my next step is a law suit, I feel rapped.
