On December 19,2012, i received a phone call from a man that said his name was John Anderson and he was calling from the US department of grants department he told me that i was approved for a Grant for 10,000 US dollars and said that i had to send a donation to a charity and i went to western reserve and sent it off and got the receipt number then they gave me a confirmation number. Then a man by the name of Charlie and said that he was from federal reserve bank in Washington Dc
