I received an unsolicited telephone call from a Key One Solutions representative (Kevin Roberts, ext. 1013) offering to help me reduce my interest rates to fixed reduced interest rates between 2.9% and 5.9%. He said that either his or the company’s federal ID # was 1184. There was a one-time processing fee of $998.95, which they charged to my credit card, and I was assured they had a "strong refund policy" if I did not see a minimum savings of $2,500. I received a confirmation number (44428) and was told that under Consumer Protection Laws I would be federally protected. They sent a couple of CDs via FedEx and that's the last I've heard of them. Now, their phone (888-599-7112) is disconnected, their website (www.keyonesolutionsinc.com) doesn't work, and I have no idea how to reach them or how to get my money back.
