I have recedived many things over the years from PCH saying that I am a potential winner, but today I received a postcardn saying that I eas one of 50 potential winners and to go to www.pch.com/w71 and use my authorization code. Yet when I went there it never gave me anyplace to record the code and bombarded me with sales promos. I have purchased stuff in the past but never again after reading about the scams. My question is, why are they allowed to do this?
