I ordered the boxset of Dallas DVD's and was told after sending them an email that it would take 6 weeks as it was coming from the US. 7 weeks passed, still no DVD's. Sent an email and was told that they were in customs and I should be receiving them within the week. 2 more weeks passed. They replied to my email and said they would reship again with no expense to myself. I received a few disk but not the complete series. I did not go through the entire dvd's only the first 2 to see what series it was. I appeared to be series 8. I emailed again and they said sorry we will reship. 7 more weeks pass. Sent 2 more emails off asking for refund. No response.
