I ordered the 2 free and 6 paid for jars of cream which was received, but now I have received another jar of Sylk and was charged on my Mastercard.
I did not order any more and did not authorize them to apply the charge to my card. I would like a refund and do not wish to receive more of their product.

- The Fulfillment Lab is a third party warehousing and shipping company. You did not purchase the product from us. On the back of all products there is a customer service number or email that you can utilize to speak with the company that sent you this product. If you do not have that number you can email [email protected] and let her know which product you received and she can give you the appropriate contact information.
