i guess they have fallen off the face of the earth - after trying to get them to help me since August 2011 and talking to several people i can not get an resolution for the charges they already added to a credit card. this company is a scam and i will try as best i can to get all or some of my money back - i am in tennessee but i trusted them to really help me - i am divorced and left with ex-spouse bills and was vulnerable and also not very smart.
