I didn't have any problems having them issue a return request and getting my refund. I call the customers service number 800-968-1387 within the date range they said to call with no issues.
I recommend anyone that orders any type of TV product to read all the inserts/flyers that comes with their order. They usually give instructions on how to cancel those monthly shipments if you by chance signed up for it.
