I ordered 3 tablets (order 4059947) for my kids for Christmas and the transaction went through, and the money was taken from paypal. a week later my order still showed as pending, so I contacted their customer service. They responded and said that my order was slowed by a dock strike in California, but GUARANTEED that my order would arrive by Christmas, or they would provide a full refund, plus a credit. Well, a week later, 5 days until Christmas, and my order was still showing as pending. So I contacted the customer service again, and this time they said that the "order was never completed" and they would refund in 7-14 days. EXCUSE ME? never completed WTF does that mean? Why did you take money out of Paypal if the "order was never completed". Do not apologize, or give me your empty promise that satisfaction is your main goal. Make it right with actions, not words. PS - I am now in dispute in Paypal, I have submitted my complaint to the BBB, and I will be posting my bad experience to every site I can, and will contact media as well. Good thing I have the next week off work so I can really be thorough.
