I ordered the free trial for a small delivery fee of 6.99 (was advertised as 4.99 with voucher code but the code didnt work) Received kit minus filters. Called, and was sent 10 filters "free". Called today as I see 73.98 taken from my account unauthorised, also received more filters yesterday which I didnt even sign for. Was told today I signed up for a membership when I sent off for the free trial. I advised them this was false and misleading marketing and demanded a full refund to which I was told only half would be refunded and only when I returned the filters. They wouldnt let me speak to a supervisor either. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!
