I have had a horrible experience with the purse I recieved. The second time I wore it 5 nail heads fell off the front and bottom of the bag... The third time I wore the purse the handle tore off the bag! I had to have this repaired and spent $15.00 getting the handle repaired. Then when I put my things in the bag, the lining ripped!!! I have already had this bag repaired once and now the lining is completely ripped. I have only wore this bag THREE times and it is completely ruined!!!! It is not authentic Michael Kors and is also vinyl instead of leather as they claim...
Hopefully a lawsuit will be filed soon as they are scamming multiple people and will not provide any return information.
