They withdrew 89.00 from our account without my knowledge or consent. Repeated attempts to contact them have proved very frustrating. They give out a land line number for their fax number, they require you to send a copy of your bank statement showing the charge has been posted plus signing their cancellation form which is nearly impossible to print out. Then when you go to fax info, the fax never goes through. I mean never. someone answers the phone. It isn't a fax line.
