I noticed 2 amounts on my credit card, which I did not know. the first was for £4.95 on the 14th Noverber 2012, the second was for £79 on the 14th December 2012. I have not had anything from these people, that they can remove money from my account is very distressing, being alone this is very stressfull.I emailed them, the reply was to telephone, but I could not get an answer. I just do not know what to do, other than cancel my credit card, which I have but they told me that may not be the end of it.
