This was charged to my Capital One Visa resulting in cancellation of my card. After speaking with the Capital One representative there was also a subsequent charge, of which I had not received that statement. The additional Charge was dated 11/25/12 for the same amount. The Bansheecs representative, Mr. Wright was most willing to refund the money. However, only time will tell.
