I purchesed a necklace and earings amd what they sent me was fake with a recete of 12 dollars not in boxes on a cardbord paper labeled fashion. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get this resolved they said that they have sent me a package but havent provided me with a tracking number when i asked for it twice they keep sending the old one i dont believe they have sent anything i have been waiting for 2 weeks now with no answers. It took 4 days for the fake one to come and now nothing i tried to contact yourspay and no reply. I just want my money back they have also created another fake website cheap-swarovski net
