I ordered products on line, rec'd on 10/11/12. Products made me very sick with abdominal pain, cramping & diarrhea that got worse as I used the product. Called customer service talked to a very aggressive & unpleasant person who finally agreed to cancel any further shipments with no mention of any other steps needed. I later rec'd my credit card bill with unauthorized chgs of $160.00. When I called merchant to question chg. I was told I needed to send back unused product for refund even though she never mentioned that during the earlier call. Everytime that I called the same person answers with a different name. Of course, they have not responded - very shady company STEER CLEAR!
