I had asked this company for help in getting me a mortgage reduction because I was under with my mortgage by $150,000.00 and they said they can help me.
They didn't do what I had asked them to do and now my house is going into foreclosure. they told me to accept the fact that my house is going into foreclosure and that they can't do anythig else. I told them they didn't do anything for me.
I had called them to complain that they didn't do anything and that I would like to have a refund. They agreed to give me a refund of $2,100.00 out of $4,800 i paid to them over the months. I was so glad to get something back so i agreed on that amount. they told me that it was going to take 30 to 40 business days. Now today is the 41st business day and when I try to call them, they are not answering my phone calls anymore.
Now I am fighting for the entire amount to be refunded.
If your organization can't help me, please let me know how can help me in getting my refund.
