Continues to bill me @29.00 pm. Contacted someone via phone (1-877-516-4189. Extremely rude respondent identified DAD as a satelite dish company. When asked my name - which I gave.
His response was "Oh, yes, you do have an account with us." Then stated that he knew nothing about DAD, and I should solve my problem by locating the proper vendor. End of story. I never found another vendor.
My bank will not stop the charges, as this is not their policy, and suggested that I open a new account as a remedy.
