Received an official looking letter deceptively trying to convince me that the warranty on my 2011 car was expired or about to expire. Apparently directed to vulnerable senior citizens. No return address-only a phone number 1-800-587-3591. My vwehicle has a ten year warranty, one year of which has passed. Beware.

  • I recieved the same document indicating that I needed to call this number right away or my Warranty would expire in 1 week. There is no company name or return address. I called GM right away (the number listed on my actual Warranty, NOT the number on the piece of mail I received) and GM confirmed my Warranty was just fine. After doing a Google search, I found that others have received this same piece of mail. DO NOT CALL! IT IS A SCAM!!!
