My 83 year old mother in law fell prey to these scammers. She purchased what she thought was a $39.94 program and received a call saying that she needed the 5 year program and her credit card was charged $298.00. When I try to call the company I get a foreign sounding voice saying all counselors are busy, even after holding on for an hour. I have filed complaints with her bank and will be pursuing these scammers every way possible.
