dont know if scam or not but the first person called on 09/06/2011 saying i won 1,000 dollars and gave me a confrination number and gave me a telephone number. They told me to call the next morning of 09/07/2011 to give the confrimation number for 1,000 dollars the person i talk to said i won 7,000 dollars but they wanted me to send them 130.00 dollars to them. I asked them to take that 130.00 dollars out of the 7,000 but they said 130.00 is for charitie. They said they were from the government.phone number 202-609-7042. That would be graet to have all that money but i been scam before not from these people but from another for a giftcard for a walmart for 26 dollars.I dont want to get ripped off again.Please help thank you
