I ordere Ugg boots , red size 8 jester on Nov.22, 2012. Have NOT received boots or any confirmation. Visa security called me immediately to make sure I was aware of the order. Apparaently there has been a problem with this particular ugh website. I paid with my Visa debit card, which is the only one they accepted. Have Not had any response. Please contact e asap. When filing complaints online nothing ever seems to work...just a run around.
