I received a yellow type envelope size 8.5 x 11. letter that came from a company Rapid Notice/Financial Acquisition Agency, PO Box 527800, Miami, Fl, 33152-7800 form 0110, Document Verification Area (Must show seal to be valid.) It shows a word that says Authoration, but unable to read the rest. This located on the front leftside kind of blacken out of a yellow envelope.
It says in Black, RAPID NOTICE DOCKET and a bar code # (3255529093).
The next line or space in red (received from) P.O. Box 527800, Miami, FL 33152-7800. Same location in black MR0-003-A 0114.

Presorted FIRST-CLASS MAIL U.S. POSTAGE PAID FROM LAS VEGAS, NV PERMIT NO. 2306

Packaging blacked-out in the third location on the front of the envelope (first Class Mail) indicated in red (first notice).

The next location says: release - contents inspected, and authorized for addresse.
Special Instructions: To Addressee
1. Complete and sign enclosed documents.
2. Return in the enclosed Official Envelope.
3. No postage required.
On the right side of the envelope going north and south says " OPEN AT ONCE - TIME SENSITIVE

Then it says. " OFFICIAL USE ONLY" in a black and gray box and a blacken D on the lower rigth corner of the box.
