A letter arrived in my mail stating I won $2,780,500. They asked me to send $20.00 for a release fee. It was on blue and white paper with a logo of two horses on the background. On the corner of the paper it says TLA Director of Affairs Seal of Approval. Of course, no money was send being this is a scam.
