This scam artist, Jake Neuman, is a fast-moving, slick and computer-savy individual who says that he is a "Sailor at sea" and then goes on to try and elicit (your) PayPal account information. I wish I knew how to bulk-email everyone to be alert to (his) methodology. Instead, I have reached out to my contacts in the Justice Dept. to hopefully tract down this scamartist and take legal action against him. Unfortunately, he could be sitting on a "sandpan" in the China sea laughing and counting his ill-gotten cash.
