My name is Muinat,i travelled to Africa on November,and i tried to check my account,which i found somebody was charging me $29.99 for not even purchasing anything, then i decided to call the number showing on the statement of the charges,i spoke to a lady and she told me my money will be refund back in the next 3-5days until now my,my money was not refund back.Eventually i called the number again this morning but the office is closed and the answering maching said i should visit the www.programmestop.com which i was unable to get through, that makes me google and now am filing this complain to please have my money back. I am a student and i am totally broke. Thanks.
