I signed up for a free trial to find information specific to my orphaned grandmother, but within hours exhausted all search possibilities the website could offer and cancelled my trial, never to return to the site again. INF/ANC has continued to charge my credit card $7.95 a month for the last eight months--under two different names--with no e-mail notice sent prior to the charge (as assured by company on this very site is a standard procedure) to a total of $55.65. When I contacted INF/ANC I found that 1) it had an e-mail address for me that isn't even close to my actual address, which explains why I never received an e-mailed confirmation number of my cancellation, and 2) that the company would agree to refund only one month of the $7.95 monthly charge.
