I was aware that upon returning my item that there would be a fee for shipping, but was I horribly shocked that after I had already paid $20.00 at my end, Hearthware charged me $69.99 at their end for shipping fees at their end!!!! Isn't this gouging???? I can see a small fee, but this is ridiculous, and this after my having to call many many times to see about my refund and them telling me they could not find my name!!! Needless to say, my transaction with this company was not a pleasant one indeed, and if I can stop just one person from ordering with just a possibility of having to returning it, DO NOT DO IT!!! unless you have money to burn.........

I would, however, like to clarify a misunderstanding concerning our policies. When customers return their NuWave PICs, we do refund the purchase price. However, we are unable to refund the S&P charges. We do not, in fact, add any surcharges to your order upon return.
