I ordered what I thought to be a Louis Vuitton handbag from the company called Bagscan that advertised selling Louis Vuitton, Prada handbags at outlet prices. Angelina Jolie was featured on this website and I know that she is a spokesperson for the Louis Vuitton Company . I paid them $197.00 from my Paypal account.A few days later I had not heard anything from what I thought was a USA based company. The website didn't work anymore and I then placed a complaint with Paypal. The seller contacted me by email to give me a USPS tracking number and asked that I remove complaint.After confirming the tracking number was valid I cancelled the complaint. Wrong move on my part! Paypal has a policy saying if you remove a complaint it is cancelled. The tracking info started in Shanghai,China,through customs in San Francisco, then George Bush Intercontinental. I picked the package up from the postal office.A cheap ripoff is what I received! The fumes emitted from the handbag were so strong it gave me a headache. They even lied about the contents of the package saying that jackets and sport shoes were in this tiny box. The company's name on the package is probably a lie too, but it is listed as Shanghai Geou Industrial Company Limited. I could use your help.
