I was contacted 3 months ago and offered a deal on 4 magazines per month for 49.95 (approx.) They most certainly did not tell me that I was to pay this monthly! I have not received one magazine from these scammers in the 3 months since the call but I have now discovered that I have been billed for 3 months at at total of 150.00 on my Visa.
I spoke to a woman who actually called me back yesterday and this is the reason I discovered I had been taken. I asked her if I had been billed because I told her there was no way I could afford nor will I pay that 49.95 per month. She told me I hadn't been billed and she would take my name off her list. However when I called Visa, they confirmed I had been billed for the last 3 months. I told Visa to cancel my card. I never want to hear from these people again unless it's to tell me they are mailing me a check for my money they took.
