I purchased the basic booster for $29.74, but it did not make my computer faster, and it deleted my connection to my DSL ...so I had to call AT&T and purchase Connectech. When I tried to cancel today (so I don't get charged again next year), the "contact us" form was not functioning. "Kathy," the online support person kept wanting to help me with my PC and did not seem to understand the meaning of the word "cancel."
