I recieved a call from this man who didnt speak clear english he told me that I was recieving a government grant but all I had to do was give $1.95 and after 10 days my credit card would be billed $59.95 if I didnt cancel I checked my account maybe three days later they had taken the $59.95 out already so I called to cancel and was told that the $59.95 would be refunded I hace yet to see my money so now I would like $61.90 the total amount that was taken from my account
