This person contacted me by phone stating that he had a loan for 4,000 dollars provived that I send him 250.00 dollars by western union and he could have the loan approved once he received the money. well once he received the money I told that he would need 400.00 more dollars to make the loan approval at this time I knew that this was a scam.
