This company gets information from other lenders and uses it to get $30 for a loan application. I never applied for a loan and they charged my account $30 plus check was returned for $36.00 fee. My bank sent an affidavit for return of funds. I called them and they won't let me speak to anyone else. I explained I never went to their website, and they told me to apply for a loan. I sent numerous emails and they returned them telling me to call customer service. I called again and they say I signed their form and won't get a refund. If you read their terms and conditions it says, if you even read their website you might be charged. Furthermore it does say a $30 fee will be charged. It's obviously a scam, and they can't get away with it. I am taking this further otherwise everyone else will start doing it. They hung up on me this last time.
