I have ordered one pair of shoes in June 2012 and did not noticed was charged every month without ordering anything.
Just found out how they charged and when my last(2nd) order was made, i thought it was a credit which means it is no charge.
but it was charged even i did not received the order. then i decided to return it and called them.
She said that it won't be refund, just going to be a credit. I totally not understand how this shopping site work!!
I am going to call to cancel my membership now.
because they did not let me cancel online!
I have never known any shopping site like this.
