I applied for a loan through Alliance Financial Corp and was approved for $10,000.00 which was to be deposited into our bank account within 24/48 hours. I had to purchase an insurance policy at the cost of $700.00 dollars to protect the lender in case of illness or layoff, etc. I was told everything was fine and the loan was processing. As the days passed with no funds I call my loan officer Susan Nunan all day literally @ 888-299-0956 she is not picking up my calls and have made no attempts to contact me. I emailed her yesterday and early this am...i have heard nothing. All the loan docs appeared to be in order. I believe this is a scam at this point and it has placed my family in a very difficult position. I desperately need help in resolving this...because if they did it to me they will continue and harm countless others who are trying, struggling to make it in a difficult time.
