I was garenteed a refund on Nov 6th 2012. I explain that they automatically charged my boyfriends because he had ordered my 1st pair of shoes for my birthday in October and he was very upset and wanted his money back. They agreed to the refund on Nov 6th 2012. It is now Dec 13th and I have yet to get a refund!! I called them 3 times and they keeper saying it was my bank. Finally I had the bank and Justfab on the line at the same time and the bank specifically told Justfab just as easy as they took the money out the account they could refund it!! Justfab took the credit off of my account but have yet to give me a refund!!!!!! So where exactly did my money go??!!??!! Scammers!!!
