I ordered the trial products free of charge, just pay shipping and handling. Shipping charged to my debit card. Then about a few weeks later received another package, and was billed 97.88 on my debit card. I gave no authorization to do so. I returned the items with receipt confirmation, been trying to call, send email, they wont accept email..keeps telling me failed. Get put on hold when calling. To this date no refund has been made
