We had a $39,000 house siding job completed (and the last check cashed) in October. I'm still waiting for my points. Every time I try to contact them through email all I get is a form letter or misinformation and I end up in a loop. I hope this will end up resolved, but I can't help but think it's because the amount they have to credit me is so big.

I've also found that they don't honor merchandise bought on their site if they are agents for another vendor, but their rules say that anything purchased on their site is eligible unless it states that it is not. My purchase should have been eligible, but it was denied points.

  • Seeking Resolution: Other
  • Resolution of my problem, which would be to make all of my points available, to honor their own rules and credit points on all eligible merchandise, and a way to contact someone higher up if after 3 tries you are unable to get your issue resolved.
